The MCPcad name, site, catalog curation, original content, translations and
additions authored by Lucca Romagnolli are licensed for personal or internal
use under the access terms displayed at purchase. Redistribution, resale,
publication or sublicensing of those contributions requires prior written
permission. Access to Pro downloads and updates requires an active
subscription; files already downloaded remain on the subscriber's device.
These terms do not override the MIT license of third-party material included
in this repository or in MCPcad packages. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. They
also do not revoke rights granted for copies distributed under earlier MIT
versions. Third-party MCP servers retain their own licenses and terms.
THE MCPcad CONTRIBUTIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,

to Lucca Romagnolli's own contributions. Individual MCP servers are separate
projects and retain their own licenses; an MCPcad subscription pays for
curation and delivery, not for server licenses.
